hi! haven't written in awhile :)

i ended up not playing the khyber pass show because i was feeling sick. also was supposed to play a show last night that got rained out. will be rescheduled hopefully? i'll post about it if so.

ive been working on new songs though and shooting more film which has been great for my mental health honestly.

going to chicago in less than two weeks! for a few days. gonna see a lot of friends and some shows.

the photo show noise in patina went great. raised over $600 for Juntos. we're hoping to maybe do another one at some point.

hard to believe summer is nearly over. this is my favorite time of year. i love early fall so much. listening to all the songs about September that i can find

working on myself and what i want and what is best for me. journaling more and setting goals with my therapist. September 29 will be 1,000 days without alcohol for me.
